👍👍 The best new thing in Boulder! Who doesn’t want to shake shake shake under a disco ball? It’s like Saturday night fever seven days a week. The instructors are super savvy and my bod is feeling and looking good. Peace, Love, Lagroove.

🫤 Unpopular opinion this is not yoga this is aerobics class with half baked yoga poses. Do not take a C2 class if you are a beginner, you will get zero correction and you will listen to the teacher rattle off poses and shout-out advanced students while completely ignoring you.

🫤 They are using COVID as an excuse not to open 24 hours. They close at 9.. so it should be called 15 hour fitness. Also, they now sublease their pool to a swimming class company for little kids who are loud and good luck getting a lane
