😠 Place is getting super bad. Pool is nasty, laundromat is disgusting, no groundskeeper, branches slapping you because they're reaching over the sidewalk. Place was badass when Chella was running it. Rent is going up but the place is looking uglier.

😠 “Luxury” apartments that have done nothing but constantly raise the rent while leaving us to pay for a moldy apartment due to constant leaks in the walls, infestation of roaches, and disgusting moldy baseboards and cupboards. This place is an expensive dump.
