😠 Customer service is terrible. I’ve never been so disappointed in something in my life. classes are fantastic and the instructors are great, but management is awful and horribly insensitive to their members. I’d recommend going elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.

🫤 As far a fitness experience goes it is a good place to workout and relax. But the team members really need to keep a better eye on the younger members causing scenes fairly regularly.
