🫤 Took bike in for a tune up, not a fancy bike, they said it would be done in afternoon in one week. That was no problem. I called on day they said at 1245pm, they said it would not be done till 130pm that day. Got there and paid $65, they only changed brake cable and filled tires. Did not lube chain...

🫤 They are very responsive when trying to spend a $1000 on bikes, but when it comes time to repair them, they miss the mark. A spoke replacement and truing is taking over a week at this point. I called to ask how long and the girl told me hopefully another couple of days and if I didn't hear from them...
