👍 Still one of my favorite places to run, but it lacks shade on the trail when sun is high due to distance of trees from trail. Trail is in good repair. Playground has a small variety of items but no shade in the play area. One out-house is available for a bathroom.

👍👍 This place is so cool. I love the idea of turning a artistic water structure into a play are for kids. There is a button that the kids can press to have water come out of the middle. Sometimes they have music playing. Lots of shaded places to sit and even picnic tables.

MN River Greenway - Black Dog Trailhead

👍 I'm glad there is another bike bridge across the river but it seemed like a wasted effort for the past few years when trail sections leading to the bridge were easily submerged in minor flooding. Cyclists use the bridge to get to work efficiently, not just for recreation.

👍 Very nice huge trails. Two tennis courts like new. Large playground playset. Beautiful area and trees.
But the basketball court is old and wonky Rusty backboard. Shakes and vibrates and the net is falling off.
And there is no white line for the free throw.

👍 We enjoyed swimming at Crystal Beach! There was a roped area for fishing and swimming. The sand was less rocky than some and softer than I expected.
