😠 That robin chic is very rude and will lie to your face. They will never return your security deposit no matter how you leave your place clean or unclear. Very very trashy in back of park and extremely noisy neighbors

👍👍 UPDATE REVIEW: I changed my review from a 1 star to 5 stars, because Ive noticed they are under new management and and new owners and I have seen them working on the trailers quality. The manager is a very nice person and understanding to her tenants.

😠 I know people that live in this park and that we're promised property would be fixed but after rent was collected no one could get ahold of the manager now the new owners are condemning alot of the trailers not to mind most of the ppl that live there are low income with kids or on ssi or ssd and now...

😠 Lori Ellen Dean Is the manager of Old Orchard Mobil Home. She has been acting in this capacity for at least four years, that I know of. She is a very sarcastic rude un caring individual.
