😠 Not doing their job and caring about their paients and their health

😠 This is the way the treat a black patients over there. When I went to the nurse to request at least a pillow, she told me, she had patients to take care. It’s obvious the way the treat other color with several blankets and nice pillows with respect.

😠 On 5/26/2022 I arrived to the emergency room with my 84 year old mother. Upon entering the ER my mom was experiencing vomiting, dehydration and abdominal pain. Triage assessed her and interaction was appropriate. Subsequently; we waited 16 SIXTEEN HOURS with no communication with the medical staff....
