👍👍 I currently live here. This is a great place to live for people who wants studio apartments. Clean, affordable price and maintenance is very good. David cares the property and is a good guy to deal with. I would absolutely recommend it to the students because it is at walking distance to SIU.

😠 New owners are slum lord's stay away. Don't move here unless you have no choice. The office is only open for thirty minutes Sunday evening Thursday evening and Tuesday evening. 6:30-700 however they never show. I've needed to get packages for months. And haven't been able to refill my laundry card....
