👍 It is now May of 2018. I have lived here since June of 2011. About a year ago, the complex was bought or transferred to a Rural Development company, and the new company completely rehabbed it. New floors(Vinyl "wood"), new fridge, new stove, new bathroom cabinet, mirror, toilet. New landscaping....
