😠 Equipment is actually decent. However, if you plan to go anytime between 9 am and 9 pm you’re not going to get a workout in. It’s completely overcrowded as every freshman on campus is trying to lift at the same time. If you can afford an off campus gym I suggest you do it.

👍👍 Rec Hall is the place to be for all things Wrestling, Volleyball, and Gymnastics! You have to be there to know and feel the intensity from both fans and athletes alike! It's a PSU THING! 😜😜
