😠 The new PA is terrible. Very vindictive. This is no longer a place of healing. It's all about the profit margin. The changing of the guard can be a little awkward. Ignorance, arrogance and bullish behavior does not make for a preferred atmosphere. Such is the way with this new health care provider.

😠 Unlike the hospital personnel, this clinic has very rude employees. I can't say enough good things about that hospital staff, but this clinic needs lessons in proper behavior. I usually go to the Carle clinic, but it's always packed. Now I know why.
