👍👍 Yoga novice, but had a really great experience with my first-ever AYAMA class. The guidance was clear, the poses were highly adaptable for a range of skill levels and I left feeling healthy and rejuvenated - would absolutely recommended regardless of experience level. Phenomenal class!!!
