Years ago I thought they were not as good as in the recent years with covid it's a welcome doctor visit instead of 6 hours in ER.

😠 Very unprofessional staff. They say that they also make appointments for primary care. Made appointment with their staff twice and both of times staff mentions there is no appointment. Clearly, staff doesn’t know how to use their system and every time they ask you to fill out same stupid paperwork....
