๐๐ I didnโt see the fountain of youth but I found this nice bench under a shade tree and ate my lunch. No complaints. Nice little park, great for walking dogs, walking yourself, or just sitting for a spell. Could use a few more shade treesโฆand a fountain!

St. Augustine Church & Catholic Student Center at the University of Miami
Catholic church
๐๐ Warmest, most spiritually fertile parish my family has ever belonged to. Father Vigoa is an outstanding priest, as are Father Oscar and Father Leo. The Adoration chapel is an oasis that envelops you like a mother's womb.
I'm infinitely thankful to call this parish home.

๐๐ The place is lovely, the whole botanical garden is great, very beautiful well maintained, and not too crowded, the perfect plan for a day that youโre not feeling like going to the beach.

Church of the Little Flower
Catholic church
๐ I do not like the Spanish mass 12:30 pm. They should not play the conga drums while singing holy church music. Not is it only inappropriate, but this is used in Santeria... this is supposed to be a Roman Catholic mass and not Santeria. Please get rid of conga drums !!!

๐๐ Possibly one of the last hidden amazing great treasures in miami before it gets to be ruined, great spot to take a dog, meditate, disconnect, bike, kayak or do so many more activities. Nothing better then when its completely empty, you will feel like you are in another city.

๐ Googling from my South Miami Airbnb, I wanted the closest beach to spend my morning. I sorted "beaches near me" by distance and set out for Tahiti Beach.

๐๐ First Iโd like to say that if you donโt know where youโre going you might not find it. Thatโs ok too. I ended up at a guard house and they redirected me. Itโs actually past the dump on a kind of dirt road. I went kayaking and had an awesome time once I found it. The park even has a small kayak launc...
