👍👍 The r3finery is such a nice pilates studio, hands down the best in our area. Gaining core strength helped relieve my back pain. PT also helped my friend realign his hips, changing how he walks! I can’t believe the improvement

👍👍 I don't come here often, but when I do, I'm at total peace. There's nothing but great vibes from the people, the atmosphere, and the smell of sage. The cafe selections are great. I enjoyed coming here for open mic nights prior to the pandemic. I havent tried the yoga classes yet but I will one day.
