😠 Waste Management recently bought out Advanced Disposal. We naturally moved the contract for our community with the new company. This was the worst decision we made this year. We have a smaller community with a solid mixture of elderly and retired people. There's often not much trash in the dumpster...

🫤 I tried to call WM because my yard waste wasn't picked up. They have a new phone menu system. It's very frustrating to use. I couldn't get a live person. The phone menu system didn't resolve my issue. I call several times trying to navigat it. Their phone menu system totally sucks!
