👍👍 Welcoming atmosphere, lots of tea options, as a no coffee couple that’s great to find. Avocado toast and Seafolk sammy were delicious and filled us up to start the day. I love the simple yet cozy design - all the mugs and dish choices are beautiful as well.

👍👍 A small convenience store for drinks and grocery basics with a sub/pizza/ice cream place attached. Had a sausage and mushroom pizza that was fantastic. The dough was chewy, not soaking in grease, and just the right amount of toppings.

🫤 Dirty, very, very slow service. Meatballs in sub tasted like they were bought from a food service as did the "haddock" in the fish sandwich. Dated, but not in a good way. Electrical extension cords running all over the place.
