👍👍 I just Started the 10 week challenge and I'm enjoying the gym and the workouts. I have been to alot of other group style gyms in Ankeny that were so focused on reps and how fast( but not focused on form and getting the most out of each move) and constant ( omg your doing so great you did a push up)...
