😠 They are extremely slow with authorization of referrals. If you have to have that for your insurance then don’t use Palm Medical. Otherwise the front desk folks at the High Springs office are great, especially Justin and Ashley!

😠 The worst place ever. When you call to get a refill on your medicine they say it takes 24 to 48 hours. What doctor's office makes a patient wait that long. It's so ridiculous. I would never recommend this place to nobody. I have never been anywhere and they make you wait this long.

👍👍 Katherine went above and beyond to help me get eye drops. Found a brand that was on the shelf and then looked up the brand I asked about. Even though it was 5:50 pm and closer to 6 pm when we finished, she didn’t rush or act put out. Great attitude and customer service all with a smile.
