Because of this, I was a little nervous to hop into a class, but the "No Sweat" intro I had with Mary and Mike really helped assuage my concerns....

👍👍 Dover gym is not fancy but it has a great bodybuilding community and more than equipment for your lifting/cardio needs. Lots of dynamic outdoor tires and hammers you can use. All of the Strongman stuff...all of it.

😐 More and more people are not wiping down their equipment. The various machines need a better cleaning. In 2018, the staff was cleaning machines. I don't see that now. Still a good place to exercise.
