😠 Y’all could do a better job plowing instead of plowing everyone in. Some people are elderly can’t shovel themselves. Y’all basically trap us every single time. Learn how to do yall job better.

👍👍 This mobile home is primarily veterinary students. Older mobile homes but a very safe and pet friendly community.

😐 Gracious estates is a place of mobile homes, the name is definitely misleading by all means. I can say they do take care of the place decently. I would pry not recommend anyone to move out there.

😠 Not a good place to live. Mgmt. tries to intimidate instead of communication. I've lived here for 7 yrs. Rent has gone up every year. Had to call cops on one Manger because he came to my house drunk and wanted to fistfight. He got fired for embezzlement. Be warned not a good place to live.

😐 Rented a lot here for two and a half years. They keep raising the rent and taking away the benefits. When we moved in, the had trailer and boat parking, took that away. 😠 Bad, going down hill fast, since RV Horizons bought it. Lived here 30 + years and was always a great place to live until now.

😠 Why is this 'trailer park' listed as a RV park? There's nothing here, in the pictures, or on their web site link which indicates anything about RVs. This is something the IT dept of the Uni should have taken care of years ago.

😠 Don’t move to this location or get a mobile trailer from this people! They only care about dictating on everything you do and if you don’t go with what they said they will try to evict you even when the trailer is all paid for.
