👍👍 This is probably one of the nicest non-gated mobil home parks in East county. The best clubhouse it’s a historic Victorian castle. I met the manager of the park and he is a very nice gentleman. The park is always clean and everybody seems willing to wave to strangers.
My previous mother-in-law lives...

👍👍 This has been and continues to be an outstanding place to live. The ownership and managers are awesome. You can't do better than this for a small community to have a clean and supportive senior park. The person that listed a 1 star review seems to do that to most businesses... go figure.

👍👍 I had the pleasure of living at El Capitan mobil hm park for 7 plus yrs. It is a senior 55+ safe and secure park. Rocky Galgano, on site mgr. Runs a clean & well maintained environment. Close to shopping & transportation also fire dept rt. Across the street. A nice quiet, peaceful place to live....
