😐 The front desk check in went smooth. The online check in healio doesn’t work. I don’t like how the building entrance courtyard is used for smoking and vaping. Why should patients breathe in cyanide gas just to see a doctor? CCI no longer offers transportation assistance for patients.

😠 One of the worst places in responsiveness. No one answers phone calls for 45 min. Or more, on a lucky day. They never have any open appointments for 3 months. I had Carefirst provided dental plan, the worst ever, and I got assigned this dental clinic. I can't get out of either one.
