😠 I arrived at the site at 2:38pm. I checked it and was given the option to wait in my car and receive a text when they were ready. I took that option and sat on a bench just outside the front door of the building for which they are 50 feet away. I waited 18 min and went back in to check on my status....

🫤 The young lady they have working here is great! However, they only have 1 person working always. So she's answering the phones, answering questions and drawing blood. So...there is always a long line. Hire more people!
