😠 Great selection but the ladies that work there was all nice to the customers in front of us and never spoke a word to me or my daughter through the whole check out process. Only said do you want your receipt. I hate to pull the race card but her attitude was very nasty. Do better.

👍👍 Such a wonderful store! We popped in with our kids to pick out new books. We've been very careful during the pandemic and Twice Told Tales is the retail location I've felt safest in. Libby was super helpful and the selection of books was wonderful. This is a must visit store if you're in the area.

😠 1st and foremost they are NOT LGTB+ friendly, they are in horrible debt, its filthy, they do NOT wash the clothes, overpriced, they are rude to people needing help , treat them like trash at the counter.
