😠 Kids and I Showed up at 4:05. Sign on door says they close at 5:30. No one in waiting room. 4:22 X-ray tech says he is done at 4:30 and can’t do any more. Sends us to ER which doesn’t have a big enough machine for our X-rays. ER Tells us to come back tomorrow. I ate up a 1/2 day picking my kids...

😠 Cannot make appt when calling, they just have you leave a message and they will call you within 2 business days. If you are lucky they might call when you are next to the phone. Talk about gambling with ones health.

😠 Went in for mental health help was ignored Dr Biermann said he would refer me for a therapist and nver followed up. When I called back my calls where never returned. This hospital and medical clinic is a joke. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD

👍 Went for gender reveal ultrasound and was super excited. Only to be told in error my appt had been scheduled for same day and time the next year. Had to reschedule and wait another week (eternity when waiting to find out) but the receptionist was sweet and apologetic and gave me a $5 Starbucks card...
