👍👍 Checked out a new to us food truck Kai's Asian Street Food, and it was very pleasing. The Hat Yai Fried Chicken was a large portion of juicy deliciousness and it comes with Sticky Rice. We also had Mango over beautiful Blue Rice that was just the right amount of sweetness. I will be going back soon....

👍👍 They have the best Cashew Gai in Eugene! and their prices are affordable. I also tried their Pad thai and they are good too! I highly recommend this food truck. I will be coming back to try more of their foods but right now my favorite really is the Cashew Gai.
