😠 Would give 0 stars if I could. ER Staff is clearly untrained. Did not know how to properly draw labs, and the needle kept falling out of my arm! I had to be poked 4 times. I am autistic and the staff yelled and belittled me when I was scared and about to have a meltdown. Wait time was about 8 hours....

The staff is super welcoming and friendly and the orthodontist has such positive energy and good vibes. Would 100% recommend this office out of all of Humboldt County.
