Best places: Latin american restaurants in Fajardo, United States

🫤 Thought long and hard about reviewing this. We eventually decided not to eat here. They were out of most items (probably because of the pandemic). But what they did have sounded nothing like Latino food. It sounded, our poor Spanish understanding and this poor English, mostly like oriental food.
