😠 The staff omg how rude! There's a tall skinny female with long black hair that works there who acted like it was such an imposition to show my friend how to utilize a guest pass. Offered absolutely no help to me, the visitor. Horribly rude and uncalled for!

😐 Planet fitness isn't bad in general but this particular one isn't good. Tons of the machines are broken, one of the urinals has been down for 2 months. It's like the money we pay isn't being used to maintain the place at all. I do actually like the staff quite a bit so there is nothing against them....
