👍 Good place to start a bike ride with easy access to the roundabout and several bike paths, parking lot, restrooms, and even bike tools. The one downside is that when you return to your vehicle, and are tied from a nice ride, it is uphill from the bike path (Capital City) to the parking lot.

👍 The park is well maintained and has plenty of parking. The park has two areas, one for small dogs and one for large. Plenty of room to let the dogs run. The main entrance is double gated to make sure of there is no doggy escapes. There is benches for owners to sit while keeping an eye on their pups....
