😠 I had a great massage. However, the checkout experience is the reason I will not return. This business requires tips in cash, which we all know is to avoid paying taxes on those wages. I tipped $8 in cash and the owner said “is that all. Can you tip more?” That was extremely unprofessional.

😠 Made an appointment online, but the appointment was not honored when I arrived. They said its an issue with the website that "happens all the time." Absolutely no attempt to correct or accommodate was offered or made. Very disappointed and won't be back.
