😠 I arrived at clinic at 1:20 because they were back from lunch at 1:30. However, she did not arrive until close to 2o'clock. When she called the two people ahead of me, they had left. Probably because there was no one there on time. When I went in the room, she said she not been able to treat anyone...

😠 This may be the worst customer service, I’ve experienced to get a simple rapid test. Booked appointment hours in advance, showed up early, checked in early. Sat for 40 minutes before even seeing the nurse. Place is a joke.
