👍👍 This was my second time trying this place, and I'll definitely be heading back! It’s a great study spot with tons of seating. As for the coffee, I would suggest the Aztec Mocha latte and their potato breakfast burrito. For parking, while it’s limited, they do have short term parking spots up front!

👍👍 Absolutely wonderful little tea shop, if you love tea I would highly recommend stopping here. There was a large selections of teas, from green tea, to floral teas, to herbal teas. The price per ounce was reasonable and fair and certainly worth the cost. Certainly a lot of flavor in the tea overall....
