😠 Numerous times there are waits of up to 20 minutes and longer. The owner obviously does not care. Today there was a constant leak and rags on the floor. The owner should be helping his workers. *You may be a small coffee shop, but when you can't be present to help your employees that's a problem.

👍👍 My coworker and I frequent Bon Bon's. She casually mentioned that her favorite coffee was no longer served and the owner overheard. He now brings in her favorite coffee every Wednesday just for her! Great customer service!
