👍👍 Take out only. Ordered boba tea with 25% sweetest. Popcorn chicken with extra spicy. Both are great and authentic. Popcorn chicken is more than just decent. It is actually *spicy. Asia degree of spicy. Must try if you love spicy popcorn chicken. *fire!

👍 Very nice and accommodating. The mango bingsu really looked good so I had to try it, and it’s not too sweet. The rose garden with crystal boba was very refreshing, make sure less sweet. More food stuff @vin.foodjournal

👍👍 Located in 168 market. Cash only. Solid boba and solid tea, honestly the tea flavor is very strong and you can tell its well brewed and sourced tea. Cheaper than other boba joints prolly cuz cash only, and overall great experience. Its a one woman show so she works super fast too. Def a must try

😠 The cashier has an unfriendly attitude. Got the mango milk tea with boba. The drink had one of the most artificial flavors of mango, not to mention the boba was tough and not sweet to the bite. They charge an additional $0.5 for orders less than $10 if paying by card. Not coming back here again.
