😠 Tenants live on their balconies here..canopies up, trash on the balconies but management doesn't seem to mind, makes the entire complex tacky. I think they'd rent to just about anyone. Makes JD rentals look magnificent.

😠 Security is awful here. Multiple car break-ins (windows smashed to bits), packages stolen, etc. supposed to be a locked and gated community but that doesn’t seem to matter. Great location & nice apartments but that doesn’t mean anything if you don’t feel safe living there.
