🫤 There is nothing here other than a few food places, a bank, and the 99 cent store. The local transients have run this place down. The property is not well maintained. It's pretty sad to look at, let alone be there.

👍👍 I really like accessibility from major cross streets. Quick in and out. Parking is free. Many choices of shopping experiences. Chase , Starbucks, Nails, fast food, etc.
