👍👍 I came here with my parents and partner after my friend's memorial service. It was the exact medicine we all needed. The steam and dressing rooms were all clean and well-kept. Mel was absolutely amazing, and the overall atmosphere was calming and healing.

👍👍 Really enjoy the classes here - the outdoor yoga space is amazing and I also love the Restorative Yoga + massage. They offer retail, wellness appointments (massage, reiki, etc.), and various spa services, too! A hidden gem of the area and certainly recommend. LGBTQ+ friendly.
