👍👍 The only cafe around, so they get 5 stars just for signs of life in a boring area. Specialty coffee drinks and boba tea. Small and brand new. Seating inside and table outside. River is behind it. Near the RR tracks, hence the name. Look for the cute barista bear out front. Can’t miss it.
