😐 The receptionist and checking in area are always a mess. It's hard to get an appointment. Other than that, I like the dentists here. They are nice and treat you like a human being. They cared about my pain and anxiety. I have had bad experiences with dentists before, but these dentists are nice.

😠 Terrible service. The woman at the front desk is standoffish. They refuse service even though they are the only free clinic in the area. 😠 One of the worst places in responsiveness. No one answers phone calls for 45 min. Or more, on a lucky day. They never have any open appointments for 3 months. I had Carefirst provided dental plan, the worst ever, and I got assigned this dental clinic. I can't get out of either one.
