😠 I was overbilled for services on 06/01/2021. I should be owed my overpayment ($171)+ interest for the amount of time the office pocketed this money and did not tell me about it. The office negligently processed my claim and collected insurance payment as well without notifying me of my overpayment....

👍 Doing good after surgery. Do wish more was said about what to expect after but staff always has been good about answering questions I've had about things I didn't know would take place.
