👍 They are nice but I had to wait 2 hours and they have an antiquated, third world system of "lists" VS appointments. I woke up at 6 am to sign the list and it was already a page full. Give Mr an appointment for crying out loud.

🫤 Customer service here is horrible. The front desk staff really needs to take some seminars on how to appropriately address visitors and callers without being rude or sounding entitled. A little humanity and warmth goes a long way.
