👍👍 Great dog park, playground, and 2 basketball courts. Great for kids 4 and up, and dogs of all ages

😠 Park has a sign requiring ID cards and a residential friend to be able to attend, the listing should include "private" and not just mallard Pointe. Drove here for nothing.

😐 You own your land. Low common fees. Well kept up. Residents volunteer to help make the place look nice and keep common fee low. Board act as if they have more rights then the voting members.
