👍👍 The staff have gone out of their way to make me feel welcomed. I needed a couple of maintance repairs, and they were quick to respond. My apartment is cozy, clean, and I have wonderful neighbors. There is even a dog park for my dog to enjoy. Wonderful place to live.

😐 Communication with staff and the leasing office is great. Maintenance is superb and quick! Grounds are kept nice. The bad every year rent increases at $20 a year! Rent looks like a mortgage payment now.
