Rooms need lot of work. Carpets smell and are dirty. Light switches are nasty. 1 working light in the room...

😠 AWFUL!!!!!!! I was eat ALIVE by bed bugs, in MULTIPLE rooms and there was roaches in almost every room. Rooms DO NOT get cleaned. Comforters & sheets never get changed. NASTY PLACE!!! I WOULDN'T LET MY DOG STAY THERE. KK, an employee, is a rude, disrespectful jerk!!!!!

😠 I called to get a room for my daughter and was told I can't rent a room because I've stayed there and complained. All of it was based on my first name. Umm.. what? I've never stayed there in my entire life. I'll be looking else where. So, if you share my first name you may not get a room.
