😠 I know all Starbucks locations get busy but 20 minutes for iced coffee is a long time to wait. Plus, if you get impatient waiting a ridiculous amount of time coffee and ask where your order is, you are immediately treated like a Karen by the barista. Customer service has seriously gone down hill.
