😠 During the pandemic I had a pawn loan with them. They did not give me a call to let me know that my pawn loan was ready to default and they were going to sell my item. Not considering that I was off work a few weeks and the store was even close at some point. All in all, Very Careless!

😠 Wanted to sell an item and was told that the price they'd give was based on my pawn pickup percentage. This should have no bearing on a sale! I went went to Texas Cash Pawn in Riveroaks and got a much better price.
