😠 Today I got a moldy pastry:( took a few bites before I noticed too. And I didn’t drink my coffee for an hour and still burnt my mouth bc it was so hot. Maybe it was just a weird/busy day for them, but eating mold is pretty unacceptable in my book.

😠 The new self-service kiosk is nice. The forced tip option with no skip option is not. The drinks are already terribly expensive. This is not a restaurant. Pay your staff instead of badgering your customers for tips.
