😠 Prepare to WAIT! Took an hour for pickup. The car was very scratched up. Overall, very poor experience. UPDATE! - car had NO GAS, when I called to find a solution they hung up on me. When I returned the car they told me 'too bad, but thanks for filling it up' BEWARE! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.
